Fuck the Tories takes your privacy and security very seriously. We are up to date and compliant with UK data protection laws. Including the most recent update in how data is used online (GDPR) from May 2018.

COOKIES

With your permission a cookie text file is stored on your hard drive for a better user experience on the site. Cookies don't affect your computer and are almost always used for running an online store. If you would rather not use them that's no problem. You can just decline them, but it might affect your user experience.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

With your permission, we collect your data in the form of an email address, name, telephone number and address. This happens when you place an order, sign up for the mailing list or create an account. This info stays on our system (but doesn't go anywhere else) and if you'd rather it didn't just let us know and we'll delete it!

USE OF INFORMATION

We only use your information for the following:

Once you have placed an order we need your name, address and email to process and deliver your order.
Only if you have signed up to the mailing list will we email you occasional emails about products, sales and news etc.
If we need to get in direct contact via email regarding your order. For example, if there is a mistake in the address or delays in shipping.

SECURITY

We will never ever, ever share your data with anyone other than our payment companies (see below). We use Wix.com to ensure our site is 100% safe and secure. We take the security of your data seriously and are committed to ensuring it never leaves us.

PAYMENT COMPANIES

We use secure third party providers such as Paypal and Stripe to enable you to make payments on the site. These providers have their own privacy policies inline with data protection.
