Your jewellery is guaranteed for one year.
If you have any issues at all over the year please get in touch and let us know by emailing hello@toppleandburn.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours and we will send replacements for any faulty items.
How to initiate a return

Refunds and exchange
You can return your order up to 35 days after receipt for a full refund or exchange, excluding the original shipping cost. We are happy to exchange a gift that you have received for something else of the same value. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot accept pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item please contact us at hello@toppleandburn.com and we will send you out a replacement immediately. You will not need to return any incorrect or damaged items to us.
Order and address changes
If you have added the wrong address or item to your order just get in touch and we will update it, as long as it hasn't already been shipped.
Delivery issues
We are always here to help, so if you have any problems with your delivery let us know as soon as possible. It is our responsibility to make sure you receive your order and we will liaise with the delivery company to solve any issues.
We cannot refund items lost in the post and marked with proof of delivered. A replacement will be sent. Please be aware of any customs charges you may incur if ordering outside of your resident country.

Orders are shipped by Royal Mail tracked 48 hour.
Standard UK shipping costs £3.49 for all orders.
You'll receive two emails from us, one immediately after your purchase is complete and another one once we've processed it. Royal Mail will then email and/or text you your tracking details and keep you updated on your parcel's arrival. Keep an eye out for your dispatch email with your tracking number on and check your junk folder.

Orders shipped within 5 working days.
Standard domestic shipping costs $6.04 with USPS.
The service is tracked and takes between 2 - 5+ business days. This varies based on location. Your tracking number will be in your shipping confirmation email.
AUSTRALIA SHIPPING
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $100 AUD
Orders shipped within 5 working days. Excluding pre-orders.
Standard domestic shipping costs $9.80 with Australia Post.

GERMANY SHIPPING
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER €60

Standard domestic shipping costs €4.50 with Deutsche Post.
The service is tracked and takes 2 - 4 business days. Your tracking number will be in your shipping confirmation email. If you are ordering outside of Germany within the EU a different carrier will be used.
