FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER £35

UK Shipping
 

We're currently able to send most orders out within 1-2 days and all orders will go within 3 working days. Excluding pre-orders. Orders are shipped by Royal Mail tracked 48 hour.

 

Standard UK shipping costs £3.49 for all orders.

 

You'll receive two emails from us, one immediately after your purchase is complete and another one once we've processed it. Royal Mail will then email and/or text you your tracking details and keep you updated on your parcel's arrival. Keep an eye out for your dispatch email with your tracking number on and check your junk folder. If you miss a delivery and it comes back to us we can resend and will ask for £3.49 to cover the postage again. This also applies for incorrect addresses.

US Shipping

Standard domestic shipping costs $3.85 with USPS. The service is tracked and signed and takes 2 - 3 days. Your tracking number will be in your shipping confirmation email.

Australia Shipping

Standard domestic shipping costs $9.80 with Australia Post. The service is tracked and takes 2 - 3 days. Your tracking number will be in your shipping confirmation email..

Germany Shipping

Standard domestic shipping costs €4.50 with Deutsche Post. The service is tracked and takes 2 - 3 days. Your tracking number will be in your shipping confirmation email.

If you are buying products not stocked in your country's store international shipping is applied.

Flat rate rest of the world shipping costs £7.40 and will be passed over by Royal Mail to the country's local carrier. Shipping usually takes 7 - 21 days depending on where in the world you are.
Please be aware of any customs charges you may incur if ordering outside of your resident country.

                                   

RETURN POLICY

You may return your unworn, undamaged jewellery up to 28 days after receipt for a full refund minus the shipping. Just get in touch to let us know! Unfortunately we can’t accept earrings, face masks or used items.

We cannot refund items lost in the post and marked delivered. A replacement can be sent.
