All our jewellery is made from 100% stainless steel. The same material used in body piercing jewellery to ensure no irritation occurs. Allergies from stainless steel are very rare as it contains no copper or nickel, the elements that cause skin irritation for many people and found in cheap jewellery that rusts and turns your skin green. However it's impossible for us to absolutely 100% guarantee that you won't have any skin issues with our jewellery, as everyone is different and some people may be hypersensitive. You may find wearing jewellery uncomfortable, especially if your ears aren't used to wearing large earrings. Please remember earrings are non refundable for hygiene reasons.

Yep. Your jewellery is protected for faults and breakages for 1 year under guarantee. This doesn’t include wear & tear or any accidental damage. If you have any issues we’re just an email away, and send pics so we can sort it quickly.

If you need to swap your address or your order let us know via Email or the contact page and as long as it hasn’t already gone, we’ll change it.

Give a fuck for your fuck. • Be careful when taking off your clothes (wheeey) and sleeping as catching jewellery can result in bending the metals or snapping acrylic. • Surgical steel pieces are nickel free and won’t tarnish or rust. • To reduce discolouration avoid direct contact with perfumes, sprays, water and lotions. • Remove rings whilst washing up or showering to avoid lettering fade. If you have any questions about your purchase or need help fixing a breakage just drop us a line so we can help.

If you need your chain longer just let us know in the comments box at checkout and we'll extend it to any length for free. Unfortunately we're not able to shorten chains. The process for this is very different to lengthening, does not guarantee the stability of the chain and is very tricky and time consuming. There is a 2 inch adjustable section on your chain so it can shortened up to 16 inches that way. Please note, when we extend the chains it is done using one length of an adjustable extension piece at the end of the chain which is usually hidden behind the neck. The main chain itself stays the same.

Your payment info and receipt are sent to you via email immediatley after purchase. The parcel contains your jewellery and a care card. If you'd like us to include a message you can add it at checkout.

We'll send them both together once the pre order is ready. If you'd like your other items earlier drop us an email. You can send us the extra postage and we'll ship it to you within the usual time frame.
